minus-square@prograhammingdevOPAlinkfedilinkEnglish5•8 months agoI haven’t had wild turkey in a long time so I can’t compare, but, IMO, it has a very slight game flavor but not in a bad way. Enough to give it a unique flavor profile of its own apart from chicken without overdoing it.
